Emmanuel Egbo played as a goalkeeper during his professional career, most notably representing Tirena, winning 3 trophies with the club. Egbo also played for Nigeria National team featuring 12 times for the National team and has also represented the country in two Africa Cup of Nations.
The former Super Eagles goalkeeper who is the manager of Tirena, was on Sunday confirmed as the champions of Albanian League title, following a 1 - 0 lost by their title rival Kukesi at Vilaznia. Tirena was seven points ahead of Kekusi after they suffered defeat on Sunday with two games left to play in the season.
This is a great achievement for Egbo, Nigerian Coaches and the Country at large and I want to personally use this medium to congratulate him and ask other Nigerian Coaches to emulate him.
