Another wrong decision was Lukaku's goal that was ruled out for offside. The highly-rated forward was surprised with the decision of the Ref and he asked question who was actually offside.
This was a wrong decision by the VAR and the center Referee and it could be branded the worst VAR and Referee's decision in this season UEFA Nations League
