Chelsea football club seems to have really rediscovered their form since the appointment of their new manager, Thomas Tuchel, who used to be PSG's head coach. The North London side has gone eight matches without losing any since Tuchel took over following the departure of former England International and Chelsea legend, Frank Lampard, just few weeks ago.
And just last night, February 23, 2021, Chelsea defeated the fiery and stubborn Spanish side, Atlectico Madrid in the first leg of this season's UEFA Champions League round of sixteen (16). For the fact that Chelsea was away and following the incredible form of Atlectico Madrid, many had written off Chelsea, but in the end of the 90 minutes duration, it was an entirely different story that was told in National Arena, Romania (being the adopted home ground of Atlectico Madrid).
Several Chelsea fans and supporters took to different social media platforms to celebrate their victory. But one of them stood out and immediately caught our attention. The Chelsea fan simply identified as Ebube the Statesman took to his Twitter account to leave his own reaction in the most comic and hilarious form. He perfectly combined the situation in Imo State, between Governor Hope Uzodinma and Senator Rochas Okorocha, to describe how his club dealt with the Spanish side.
