Just when we all thought Arsenal are back to winning ways after their impressive results in January, they have now failed to win any of their last 3 matches in the Premier League. The Gunners traveled to Villa Park today to face Aston Villa with the hope of bouncing back from the 2-1 defeat they suffered against Wolves earlier this week. Unfortunately for them, they suffered another 1-0 defeat against Aston Villa today, and Arsenal fans around the world are starting to panic with the way things are currently going at the club.

Aston Villa capitalized on an early mistake from Arsenal defenders just 2 minutes into the game. Traore cut out a slow pass from Cedric to Gabriel and made a dangerous run into the box. Traore passed the ball to Watkins who was literally free in the box and the England international smashed the ball past Matt Ryan. Arsenal came very close to leveling things up at the Villa Park as Granit Xhaka's long-range free-kick was carved out by Emiliano Martinez. The game stayed that way till the final whistle and it was Aston Villa who claimed all the 3 points with Watkins' 2-minute strike.

Arsenal fans around the world reacted angrily to today's loss on social media. Most of them think their manager, Mikel Arteta cannot take the club anywhere and as a result, he should be sacked with immediate effect and he should be replaced with former Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard who is without a job at the moment.
