Few Hours After Diego Maradona Died Of Heart Attack, See What Argentina President Did To Honour Him

Football fans all over the world were shocked to hear the sudden passing away of one of the football finest player that the world has ever seen. All football national teams, clubs, player's, coaches, pundits, other sports organization and governments have all send in their condolence message to the family of Diego Maradona who died on the 25th of November 2020 due to heart attack as reported.

According to reports, Diego Maradona passed away from a heart attack on Wednesday after recovering from surgery for a blood clot on the brain.

Argentina President, Alberto Fernandez have declared three days of official mourning for the passing away of Football iconic legend. President Fernéndez disclosed this information while speaking to Argentinean newspaper Clarín, disclosing that in a brief statement that he was “incredibly sad” over the passing away of Diego Maradona.

The President said it was too hard to believe that Diego Maradona bad died after being informed by his staff, labelling the tragic news as the worst news an Argentina fan could receive.

The President officially announced three days mourning holiday which will be published in the State’s Official Bulletin, to be followed by tributes all over the country to what many consider to be Argentina’s greatest player of all time.

Diego Maradona played for several teams including Napoli, Barcelona and the Argentina national team.
