Chelsea football club are desperately in need of a centre back that will strengthen their defense line and also serve as a leader at the back. Frank Lampard's side are in need of some world class defenders after conceding 49 goals so far this season.
Chelsea are set to lure world class defender,Thiago Silva who is now a free agent. Multiple sources claims that the blues wants to add a leader at the back and other world class quality defenders to their back line.
Thiago Silva who had a few successful seasons with the French champions PSG, is now on the transfer market as a free agent after failing to agree a new contract with the French giants. Any club that can match his high wages are free to get a deal.
Sources claims that Chelsea are now leading the race to sign the Brazilian defender and get a transfer deal wrapped up as soon as possible. The blues will offer him a one year £325,000 a week contract as soon as the transfer window opens.
Thiago Silva has been on top of his game for many years now and the likes of Tomori, Christensen, Zouma and co are going to learn from the experienced defender.
