Prior to the match, the Chelsea Manager at that time Jose Mourinho whom was formerly Real Madrid Manager only three months earlier had made a provocative statement against Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Portuguese Gaffer said that the Real Ronaldo was the Brazilian Legend Ronaldo Nazario. Cristiano Ronaldo replied his former Boss Jose Mourinho affirmatively on the pitch by scoring a goal as Real Madrid thrashed Chelsea 3-1 in the friendly Match, and that was how the Siuuuu celebration was birthed.
