Real Madrid star: Real Madrid is a special club and I will retire here

Real Madrid and Germany midfielder Toni Kroos has said he's very happy at the Saintiago Bernabeu because it's a special club and he's trying what he could do to retire at Real Madrid. The German International stated this when answering questions from the press. He said "Being the German with the most games played with Madrid is special and I'm very happy. It's a special statistic and I'm happy to get to this point. My idea, and I've always said it, is to RETIRE here and that's what I'm going to try to do.

He continued by saying "My debut was special. First game and first title (UEFA Super Cup). That's not normal. Starting like this in a club like Real Madrid is important. It was a joy to win the first title and to have the feeling that everything was going well. I like that my teammates give me the ball because that means they have confidence in what I do. If you have the confidence of your teammates it is all easier. In every game I try to give my best."

The former Baryen Munich midfielder was asked about his favourite tilte and he said "My favourite title? If you only won one title it would be easier to choose. Of all of them, I choose the Champions League that we won in Kiev because it was the only one I could celebrate with the whole family. Winning a title is something you'll never forget."

On his best celebration, Toni Kroos said "The Ramos' celebration where he cleans my boots? I really like it. People know that Sergio and I have a very good connection in the corners or on free kicks. He knows he can't do it alone and he needs someone to pass the ball to him."

"This celebration symbolizes gratitude because in football you cannot score a goal alone, nor are you going to win alone. It's always a connection between players."
