A lot of football fans want Chelsea to face a proper attacking team and Dortmund would make a good stepping stone into the semis to take on even bigger/better teams like PSG/Bayern/Man City in the semi/finals.
Chelsea are not too fearful of anyone based on their current form and confidence. Provided they keep a clean bill of health (touch wood), fans have faith in their squad to match any opponent, albeit Bayern and City are a touch above is at the moment. Plus fans want to see how Haaland does against Chelsea's almost impenetrable defense.
Most clubs always prefer the path of least resistance, there's no need giving their fans heart attack because they want to show how good they are. Porto or Dortmund - when they can no longer avoid the big guns, they take them on.
Anyone other than City, Bayern or PSG. everyone's forgetting that by the time qf starts, Neymar will be back. Neymar Di Maria Mbappe are too difficult to handle and any of the teams on a low key wants to avoid Chelsea with the way they are playing now, let's not underrate this Porto team, just the way people wrote Chelsea off against Atletico Madrid
