Ahead of Man City's clash, Chelsea's players have continued to train very serious as they hope to cause a delay in Man City's chance of clinching the title this weekend.
In the recent trainning photos shared by Chelsea on Facebook, the likes of Wesley Fofana, Thiago Silva, Raheem Sterling, and Reece James were all seen trainning very hard.

The French defender has been in and out this season due to injury, and fans would be hoping to see him stay on for a long time.
Joao Felix has been very impressive for Chelsea since he joined in January, and he has gone on to score series of goals for the club.
Chelsea has been very poor this season and they will be looking to put this season behind them already.
