According to Goal, Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Paris Saint Germain defender Presnel Kimpembe and the French man wants to move to the West London club this summer.

Chelsea are currently in talks with Paris Saint Germain to agree the transfer fee for the 27-year-old defender, Paris Saint Germain wants £34m for the French man but Chelsea are willing to offer £30m plus add-ons to sign the french man.

Although, Chelsea have secured the signing of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly on a three year deal and they wants to sign at least three more defenders this summer to boost their defense next summer.


Chelsea are also in talks with Sevilla to land Jules Kounde this summer, but sevilla are asking for €80m to let the french man leave the club this summer, but Chelsea are willing to offer €60m for the 23-year-old talks are ongoing between the two Clubs.
