Transfer News: Chelsea Complete 1 New Deal, Man Utd Confirm Official Deal, Chiellini Signs New Deal

Chelsea Complete 1 New Deal

OFFICIAL: Chelsea have confirmed that Academy defender Tino Livramento has joined Premier league rival Southampton, on a five-year contract. Tino Livramento was crowned Chelsea’s Academy Player of the Year, starring for a Blues’ Under-23s side that finished second in Premier League 2.

Man Utd Confirm Official Deal

OFFICIAL: Man United have confirmed that former academy player Max Taylor has joined Rochdale on an initial one-year deal. The 21-year-old defender left Man United earlier this summer to pursue a new opportunity. Manchester United confirmed the deal via Twitter and wrote: "We’re immensely proud of Max and the journey he’s had at United, both on and off the pitch. Wishing you all lots of luck for the season ahead and beyond"

Chiellini Signs New Deal

OFFICIAL: Giorgio Chiellini signs a new contract with Juventus until June 2023. He’s staying as captain and he’s expected to take part at 2022 World Cup in Qatar with Italy.

Chelsea hope big offer will convince Inter to sell Lukaku

The Premier League side are willing to offer Marcos Alonso to the Serie A side in part-exchange for the striker. Chelsea believe they can capitalise on Inter's financial difficulties and that a big offer will make them consider letting the Belgium star leave. Lukaku said last week that he is gearing up for the new season with the Italian champions after he returned to training, suggesting he wants to stay. Meanwhile, Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta has insisted that the forward will not be allowed to leave any time soon, saying: "Lukaku is not for sale. Lukaku is an important piece on the chessboard available to Simone Inzaghi.”

Giroud wants former Chelsea team-mate Hakim Ziyech to join him

Olivier Giroud wants Hakim Ziyech setting him up for his debut AC Milan campaign after getting a taste of the Moroccan's left foot magic at Chelsea last season. The French man has moved out of west London as a Blues cult hero after 39 goals in 119 games, joining the historic Serie A side for a bargain of £855,000. Between them Giroud and Ziyech only managed 25 starts for Chelsea last season, with their appearances dropping off after Thomas Tuchel's arrival.
