Covid19 Hits Europe Again, As Spain Lockdown Barcelona For Second Time

The Spanish authorities has lockdown Barcelona, the second largest city after Madrid as new cases of corona virus has been recorded in the city.

Spain is on the news again with cases of corona virus rising. Barcelona has been the worst hit, as it has been locked down for the second time. According to the latest news, 4 million people living in Barcelona has been told to stay at home as cases of corona virus resurfaces in the city of Barcelona.

Recall that prior to the easing of lockdown, for normal activities to begin in Spain, the country had already lost more than 28000 people, due to Corona virus pandemic.

The European authorities will be meeting today, in Brussels the capital of Belgium to discuss, on the new phase of actions to be taken, as corona virus starts all over again in many cities of Europe.

This time around football leagues will not be considered as majority of the football leagues in Europe has few matches to round up for the season, while many champions has already emerged, the only concern now is Champions League and Europa League finals.

I pray that God will see the world through this pandemic, that has refused to disappear after all the efforts put in place and troubles it has caused.
