Chelsea Playmaker Hakim Ziyech has raised the expectations of Chelsea fans about himself ahead the blues FA Cup encounter with Barnsley.
The 27-year-old has endured injuries and setbacks since he arrived Chelsea. Perhaps, this factor is the major deterrence in his Chelsea career. The former Ajax Forward has shown some positive flashes in some Chelsea matches, however, just like Kai Havertz and Timo Werner, he's also struggling.
Since his appointment, Thomas Tuchel has oversaw four Chelsea matches and Hakim Ziyech is yet to play any vital role in any of those matches. He was an unused substitute in the game against Sheffield United on Sunday.
As fans await Hakim Ziyech to start performing just as much as he did during his days at Ajax, Ziyech himself has assured them of what's to come as he gives a positive outlook on the future.
In an interview with Ziggo sport, a television channel in Netherland, Hakim Ziyech said: "You have not seen the real Ziyech yet, but don't worry he's on his way."
Hakim Ziyech will be hoping to break into Tuchel squad when Chelsea travels to Yorkshire to take on Barnsley in the fifth round of the FA cup on Thursday.
