However, Gernot Rohr revealed three important information’s to newsmen, as he continues to hold his boys in high esteem.
Firstly, he revealed that the Super Eagles players are eager to deliver, as they were disappointed following their first leg defeat to Central African Republic. “It was a good reaction from my team, we lost the other day, so everybody wanted to take a rematch and they did it very well”.
Secondly, he informed newsmen that all the players who involved in the match are all in good shape, as there was no serious injury. “There was no injury even as the Central African Republic players made a lot of fouls now we can prepare for the next game in November”.
And finally, he thanked fans and also informed them to have patience with his team, as they are young players who are ready to fight for the team collectively. “Thank you to our fans and supporters for all what they do, as we have a young team and they are ready to fight and not give up”.
