According to reports one player, Mikel Arteta is looking forward to signing in the summer is Italian youngster Samuel Ricci. Samuel Ricci is 19 years Italian footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for the Italian second division league club Emboli.
Leicester City is reported to be interested in signing the player also reports say that two other premier League clubs have already met with the youngster's agent.
Samuel Ricci has a current market value of €9m but might cost Arsenal something less than that since his contract with Empoli will be remaining one year after this season.
