Anfield

Anfield Football stadium is the home ground for Liverpool football club of England since 1893, the name Anfield came from the old town land of "Annefield" outside New Ross County Wexford in Ireland.

Anfield is a 53,394 seating capacity stadium which made the stadium the seventh largest football stadium in England.

It served as the original home stadium for Everton Football club between 1884 and 1891.

Anfield stadium has four stands namely, the Spion Kop , the Main Stand, the Anfield Road End and the Sir Kenny Dalglish Stand.

The Two gates at Anfield are named after Liverpool's former managers Bill Shankly and Bob Paisley.

Anfield has 54,074 seats split between four stands.

Old Trafford

Old Trafford Stadium is the world-famous home of Manchester United since 1910 with a capacity of over 74 thousands seats. Old Trafford is one of the largest club football stadiums in England and the eleventh-largest in Europe.

Old Trafford was Nicknamed "The Theatre of Dreams" by Bobby Charlton.

As a result of Second World War bomb damage, Manchester United shared Maine Road with local rivals Manchester City from 1941 to 1949.

Like Liverpool's Anfield, Manchester United pitch is surrounded by four covered all-seater stands namely, the Sir Alex Ferguson, Sir Bobby Charlton and West Stands which each stand has at least two tiers except the Sir Bobby Charlton Stand which has one tier due to construction restrictions.
