Kelechi Iheanacho was on target in Leicester's 2-2 against Crystal Palace on Sunday. The Nigerian international was celebrating his 25th birthday and he couldn't have asked for more.
This was Kelechi Iheanacho's first start in the Premier League, having appeared as a substitute in Leicester's opening six fixtures.
Iheanacho has made one appearance in the Europa League and FA Cup this season and had two goal contributions in both fixtures. Overall, he has had five goal contributions so far this season despite his reduced game time and he is a man on form
The 25-year-old was named in Gernot Rohr's 23 man list for Nigeria's double header against Central Africa Republic in World Cup qualifiers which will be played on October 7th and 10th.
Iheanacho will certainly get more minutes with the national team and his Impressive Form will give the team confidence.
