FA Cup: What Frank Lampard Said About Man United's Threat Ahead Of Semi-final Clash

Chelsea take on Manchester United in the FA Cup Semi Final on Sunday and blues manager Frank Lampard is very much aware of the threat the red devils poses at their disposal.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer men extended their unbeaten run to 19 matches across all competitions following their 2-0 Victory Against Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Thursday night.

The blues also returned to winning ways against Norwich Courtesy of a 1-0 Defeat which saw them strengthen their grip in third Place.

Although the game will be played at a neutral Stadium, It is Manchester United who are favourites with the red devils winning the last three meetings between the two sides.

Ahead Of the game, Blues manager Frank Lampard talked about the threat United attacking trio poses at their disposal and also rulled Midfielder N'Golo Kante out of the game.

In a press conference, Lampard Said as quoted on The blues Official website:

‘We know they’re playing well,’ he reflected. ‘They have a very potent front three, probably the most potent front three in the country on pure numbers anyway and obviously [Bruno] Fernandes has made a huge difference since arriving in January.

‘You see the strength that’s brought to their team with individual quality but we know that. We have to be confident in ourselves, deal with their threats and worry about us as well.’
