Nigeria's Men Volleyball Win Classification Game.

In the men's event of the 2021 African Men's Volleyball Championship, Nigeria beat DR Congo in a seventh place game 3 - 0, Tuesday morning in Rwanda.

The team won 25–17 25–22 25–17 to complete their campaign.

There will be other classification games to conclude later today as the 2021 event winds down for the men.

Rwanda will take on Uganda for the 5th place classification game. In the third place game, it will be a North African affair as Egypt battle Morocco.

Cameroon and Tunisia will battle for the gold medal later this evening at 6pm in Kigali.

Meanwhile, Nigeria Women’s Volleyball Senior Team lost to hosts Rwanda 3-0 in their second game of the 202I African Seniors Nations Championship in Kigali, Rwanda, yesterday.

Next up is a game against Morocco on Friday.

The team lies second in Pool A behind leader, Rwanda, that secured her second win of the campaign ahead of their next game.
