This will be the second time these two teams are pitied in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League. The first was in the 2014/2015 season that Allegri's men reached the final only to be defeated by Barcelona.

In their first fixture at the Eleda Stadion, Juventus triumphed by 2-0 after a brace from Carlos Tevez.
