The Los blancos have won the title 3 times in the last decade in which thier last title winning came in 2016/2017 season. So far the white angels have had a stellar performance both away from home and in their home, with 3 defeats, 8 draws and 26 wins. These were the statistics that made them sit above Barcelona with 7points difference with a game to play.
Meanwhile thier rivals are having a torrid season with FCBarcelona loosing to Osasuna at home says it all. Players like Karim Benzema, Luka Modric, Sergio Ramos and others have performed excellently well and thus they deserved the title.
