I will give you a summary of what happened in game week 33 as the race to win the Serie A intensifies.
Juventus managed to draw with in-form Sassuolo this evening as they remain on top of the standings.
Allow me to show you the summary of the games in Game week 33.
1. Atalanta 6-2 Brescia.
2. Sampdoria 3-0 Cagliari.
3. Bologna 1-1 Napoli.
4. Milan 3-1 Parma.
5. Leece 1-3 Fiorentina.
6. Roma 2-1 Verona.
7. Sassuolo 3-3 Juventus.
8. Udinese 0-0 Lazio.
After Juventus draw with Sassuolo, this is how the series A table looks like:
As can be seen in the picture above, Juventus are 7 points above Atalanta who climbed to 2nd place after their 6-2 victory against Brescia. Lazio drew the game against Udinese and are currently 3rd in the standing while Inter Milan are 4th. However, Conte's Inter Milan are yet to play their game. If they win, they will leapfrog Lazio.
AC Milan's victory has placed them on the same point with Napoli who drew with Bologna. They are both fighting for who will go to the Europa next season.
The bottom of the table remains the same with Lecce and Brescia losing their games against Fiorentina and Atalanta respectively. SPAL will play against Inter Milan tomorrow and if they win, they will go above Brescia.
As it goes, it looks more likely that Juventus will win the league but the race for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th is still tight.
Let's see what Inter Milan will play tomorrow.
