Manchester United have repeatedly shown interest in the player and will try to sing him next season. Dembele's contract with Barca ends next season and will be a free player. United are trying to exploit this for their gain while Barca is trying to extend his contract in other to be able to sell him for a higher sum if he fails to meet their goals this season.
With his recent great performances he has turned in for Barcelona and the Spanish national team, the youngster seems to have raised some interest from other clubs.
