The January transfer window is yet to hit up as most top sides in Europe's top five leagues yet to make a big signing. This situation could change as Arsenal interested in signing Barcelona goalkeeper Neto this January.
According to reports in Skysports, the Brazil international is one of the goalies in Arsenal's shortlist.
Arsenel manager, Mikel Arteta was interested in bringing former Valencia goalkeeper to English Premier League last summer but the move failed to materialise with Barcelona demanding a whooping sum of £18.6m.
Arsenal want to tighten their goalkeeping position and are keen to agree a loan deal for the player to come this January. The Gunners are also interested in adding an option to sign the player permanently in the summer after the end of his loan deal.
If the deal his agreed, Arsenal could announce the signing of the 31 years old goalkeeper in few days time.
