Some footballers are lucky to still have both parents together, when you look at other narratives, you may conclude that having both parents together is an advantage. Some players have come out to say their fathers left when they were young, some no longer have mothers, while some players have both parents living apart.
When people divorce, they no longer want to have anything to do with each other but if they have children, they may consider working together for the children and that is the case for these footballers.
1. Neymar Junior.
Neymar Senior and Nadine Santos got married in 1991, they were together for 25 years before getting a divorce in 2016. The two of them support their son and come together when it is very necessary, an example is when he signed for PSG, aside from that, the family enjoys a good time together with their son.
2. David Silva.
He was born to Eva Silva and Fernando Jimenez, who divorced in 2010, the same year he moved to England to play for Manchester United. This was also the time he won the World Cup in Spain. Even though his parents divorced, he still gets their support, and they come together for him.
3. Kylian Mbappé.
Wilfried Mbappé and Lamari played football and handball respectively, they understand the importance of their unity for their son's career and that is probably one of the reasons they are together for him even though they are separated.
They are on the same page for their son when they talk to the public, they are his advisers, but he makes the decisions.
