Ugo Ugochukwu, her 13-year-old son, made history this morning when the British racing team McLaren signed him to a long-term contract. McLaren is one of the most prestigious auto racing teams, similar to Chelsea and Manchester United in football.

On Instagram, Ugochukwu's mother is congratulating her son on his accomplishment.

They described him as a talented young talent with bright future prospects. They didn't hide the fact that they've been following Ugochukwu's success in competitions like the "FIA European Championship" and the Challenge of the "Americas Junior Championship" which he won last year.

Ugochukwu, who started racing in New York State in 2013, said it was an honored to be signed by McLaren Racing so early in his career. He went on to say that having the support of such a prestigious team as MacLaren is great and something that every young driver wishes for.

Congratulations to one of our own who has made us proud. Nigerians are known for their ability to deliver.
