Having recieved such backing, It's understandable that there's pressure on him from Fans and Chelsea board for him to deliver. His recent results however, is proving otherwise.
Chelsea are currently struggling for form in the English premier league with the club being better off last season than they are this season after 15 games.
The club's board wants to stick with Frank Lampard as they expresses their wish to keep him in charge at Stamford bridge.
According to famous sport Journalist Fabrizio Romano, he confirmed that Frank Lampard has the club's backing but they are demanding for improvement.
Fans also implore Frank Lampard to improve his tactics so as to get better results.
