Nigerian star Leke James comes from the bench to score two goals in one minute for Sivasspor football club, in their hard-fought 4-3 defeat against Fatih Karagumruk football club in the Turkish Super Lig on Saturday.
The former Molde football club star has not been able to play a single game for Sivasspor football club since September 2022, after he suffered an injury in their UEFA Europa Conference League game against Slavia Prague football club, but he returned to action on Saturday.
The 30-year-old was dropped to the bench by his coach, and he was able to impress after being introduced to the pitch towards the end of the Match.
Leke James replaced Spain star Samuel Saiz in the 82nd minute and he made an instant impact on the pitch by scoring two late goals in the game.
Sivasspor football club took the lead through Jordy Caicedo in the 27th minute and Mbaye Diagne equalized for the home team in the 45th minute to end the first half 1-1.
Mbaye Diagne scored his second goal of the game in the 53rd minute and Magomed Ozdoev made it 3-1 in the 69th minute. Mbaye Diagne completed his hat-trick in the 80th minute and substitute Nigerian star Leke James scored a goal for Sivasspor football club in the 89th minute and he scored another goal in the 90th minute to end the match 4-3.
Leke James was fantastic for Sivasspor football club despite the fact that he played 8 minute against Fatih Karagumruk football club, and he was able to mark his excellent performance with two goals.
The Nigerian star will now be looking forward to returning to the starting eleven when they play their next game.
