The football world unite against sexism, racism and hate speech

At the early hours of today, the phrase "Misma pasión", which translate "Same passion" has been trending on twitter in support of Real Madrid female goal keeper, Misa Rodriguez.

Misa who posted a photo of her and Marco Asensio on twitter, in support of Real Madrid win over Liverpool in the Champion League, received lots of hate and sexist speech leading to her deleting the picture. But this morning, Marco Asensio decided to repost the said picture, with the words "Same Passion, don't let anything or anyone keep you from saying what you think".

From then, many footballers, sport platforms and sport media like Marca have posted pictures and written articles to support and kick against hate speech, racism and sexism in football.

The football world have united once again to show solidarity and support, showing this game is all about respect and love. There is no room for racism in football.amd anyother sport. There is no room for hate speech and discrimination.

Many footballers and sport persons have been targeted and bullied online for no reason. It's high time we all come together and flush out these miscreants who wants to ruin the unity and love we share in this game.

The world stands with Misa Rodriguez today, the world stand with football, the world stand with the game we love.

No room for sexism, racism or hate speech in this game.
