The Referee's initial decision should have stand because it was an unintentional handball from the Norwich defender. After the Video Assistant Referee's call for review, the center Referee changed his mind and awarded a penalty for Chelsea.
Norwich goal keeper Tim Krul saved Mason Mount penalty but the assistant Referee ordered for a replay because his legs were outside the line before making the save.
Mount gave Chelsea the 6th goal of the match after he replayed the penalty in the 85th minutes of the game.
The VAR should have allowed the Referee's decision to stand because it was not an intentional foul from the Watford defender.
Mount scored his first Hat Trick of the season though a counter attack in the last minute of the game. Loftus-cheek brilliant performance gave the England International his 3rd goal of the game.
