Manchester United is reportedly planning a summer transfer move to secure the services of 27-year-old Italy right-back Giovanni Di Lorenzo from Napoli this summer, according to reports.

The 27-year-old Napoli defender has been in stunning form for the Serie A giants since he joined, enjoying a regular first-team start, with his performance reported to have attracted interest from Manchester United.

Manchester United has remained keen on bringing a right-back to Old Trafford in a bid to provide an upgrade for Aaron Bissaka, and as a result, have been linked with several players like Atletico Madrid Kieran Trippier, Sevilla Jules Kounde, Villarreal Pau Torres among others.

Giovanni Di Lorenzo has been able to shine for Italy at the Euro 2020 and will likely start in their final clash against England on Sunday.

The Italy and Napoli right-back has been able to play 95 games for Napoli across all competitions and found the back of the net 7 times, with 15 assists provided.
