Arsenal captain Pierre Aubameyang has heaped praise on Arsenal wonder player Martin Odegaard.

The sharp striker identified Odegaard has a brilliant player who took no time to impress. Odegaard was loaned from Real Madrid in January to Arsenal and the 21-year-old man has proved his worth since he arrived.

Arsenal will face Olympiakos today in their Europa League second leg and Aubameyang has taken faith in Arsenal's last performance against the Greek giant.

Aubameyang said that Odegaard's performance in the match was brilliant and expects him to do better when they remeet today.

The insightful striker described Odegaard as a hard working player who has impressed him since he came.

He scored a brilliant goal in Greece last week, and how he’s got what everybody wants – a goal against our local neighbours! He deserved it, he worked so hard, we all know he’s got goals in his game so now he has got a couple, I’m sure he will keep getting more for us,’ wrote Aubameyang.

Arsenal are expected to book their place in quarter final tonight, contrary to this they will not be playing in any European competition come next season.
