Lionel Messi's Club Barcelona has been loomed by the pandemic COVID-19 popularly known as coronavirus, with it vice-president Jordi Cardoner tested positive in the early hour's of Saturday. Jordi Cardoner has now become Barcelona's third victim of the pandemic virus because Barcelona recorded two cases of the pandemic virus last week with the Club head of medical services for football and handball (Ramon Canal and Josep Antoni Gutierrez respectively) already stricken by the virus.
Jordi Cardoner Is recovering satisfactorily after passing some few days with the infection without complications. Before now Jordi Cardoner has been in direct contact with Barcelona's board of directors, the board of trustees and the social department and also he was part of the conference video call that the Club recently did with players in other to ensure the slash down of players and staffs salaries amid the pandemic virus outbreak.
Lionel Messi has not made any publication on the report anyway. Meanwhile no member of the senior players has been infected yet with the Coronavirus, nor its president Josep Bartomeu.
