As of the current 2019/2020 footballing season, Kevin De Bruyne has played 33 matches and in those matches he has scored 11 goals and assisted 18 more. His assist per minutes ratio stands at 0.62 per 90 minutes.
Thierry Henry who is an Arsenal legend currently holds the record for the highest number of assist in a single premier league season which stands at 20 assist. Kevin De Bruyne has made it know to Thierry Henry and football fans world wide that he wishes to break the record.
If he will be able to give just two more assist in Manchester City's two remaining matches he will equal the record and one more he will create a new one.
It's left to be seen if he will be able to break Thierry Henry's record. Kevin De Bruyne is currently in contention for the PFA player of the season award which many tip him to win.
