The 20-year-old Hellas Verona and the Blues transfer target, Marash Kumbulla have agreed on personal terms with the Giallorossi in an initial loan deal before on a permanent transfer on a five years contract.
The Stamford Bridge outfit picked interest in the 20-year old after an impressive campaign in Serie A, playing 26 times for hometown club Hellas Verona.
The Red Devils, the Spurs, Lazio, and the Nerazzurri were also interested in signing the 20-year-old.
With the Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, an agreement has been reached for the 20-year-old to join the Giallorossi.
He will move on to an initial loan deal before signing him on a permanent basis in a contract to 2025.
