Chelsea is one of the serious Premier League title contenders this season. Thomas Tuchel's men have gathered 26 points from eleven matches and are three points ahead of second-placed Manchester City and four points ahead of Liverpool who plays West Ham United today.
Chelsea crumbled to a disappointing 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge as they failed to extend their lead over Liverpool and Manchester City. Chelsea has been on a seven-game winning streak before drawing Burnley and could even drop more points before the end of October.
Since taking over the managerial position club in January 2021, Thomas Tuchel has made the team a formidable force capable of withstanding may opposition. Chelsea has been in form this season but may lose at least three matches before the end of November.
1. Leicester City vs Chelsea:
Reasons: Unfavourable results at King Power Stadium
Chelsea will face Leicester City after the international break on the 20th of November at the King Power Stadium. Leicester City has been one of the difficult teams for Chelsea to beat and the blues recently lost in the FA Cup final against them.
Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea may lose against Leicester City due to Chelsea poor form at the King Power Stadium.
2. Chelsea vs Juventus:
Reason: Juventus good record
After facing Leicester City in the Premier League, Chelsea will turn their attention to the Champions League where they will take on Max Allegri's Juventus. The Blues will host Juventus at Stamford Bridge and will be desperate to win the game.
Juventus managed to defeat Chelsea 1-0 in Italy despite being in poor form and could get their second victory over Chelsea when they face each other later in November.
Going by head-to-head records, Juventus has won Chelsea a lot of times and this historical record could work in their favour when they take on Chelsea on the 23rd of November.
3. Chelsea vs Manchester United:
Reasons: Poor results against Man United
Manchester United and Chelsea will go head-to-head against each other on the 28th of November at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea will be facing Manchester United immediately after their difficult game against Juventus and may be exhausted from the game.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has recently switched to a 3-5-2 that is similar to Chelsea formation and this could prove difficult for Thomas Tuchel's men.
Most importantly, Chelsea is winless against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Manchester United in the last 5 Premier League matches and this historical record could work against Chelsea once again.
