Former Manchester United football club of England and Nigerian star Odion Jude Ighalo came from the bench to inspired Carlos Inarejos led Al Shabab football club of Saudi Arabia to a 3-0 home victory, over Vladan Milojevic led Al Ahli football club on Monday night, in the week 20 of the Saudi Arabia Pro League.
The former Watford football club of England striker was dropped to the bench by coach Carlos Inarejos, but he was introduced to the pitch in the second half of the game, and he was able to impress after coming in, as he played a crucial role in the team's victory.
Odion Ighalo was introduced to the pitch in the second half to replace Husain Al Monassar, and he was able to impress, as he provided an assist for Cristian Guanca who scored the last goal of the game.
The host opened scoring through Mohammed Sharahill in the 12th minutes, after receiving an assist from Ever Banega, as the first half ended 1-0.
Alfred N'Diaye doubled the lead in the 70th minutes, through another assist from Ever Banega, before Substitute Odion Ighalo provided a beautiful assist for Cristian Guanca who scored the last goal of the game in the 90th minutes, to end the match 3-0.
Odion Jude Ighalo was very exceptional for the host after coming in, in the second half, and he was able to marked his excellent performance with an assist.
The victory over Al Ahli football club now means Al Shabab FC have moved to the top spot of the Saudi Arabia Pro League table with 41 points from 20 matches played.
