Samuel Eto’s is the only Player in History to win back to back treble with two different teams.
Former Barcelona and Inter Milan Striker is the only player in the history of football to win trebles with two different teams and that consecutively. The former Cameroon International achieved this feat while playing under the then Barcelona Coach Pep Guardiola in 2009 and at the end of the season, he moved to Inter Milan while Jose Mourinho was the coach of the team then in 2010.
Samuel Eto’o who first won the treble with Pep and then repeated it at Inter with Mou, did not hesitate to make his choice on who is the best between the two coach. And he went with the Portuguese: "It is more a question of style than anything else. Everyone has their own style and I prefer José Mourinho's. Pep is also a very, very 'top' coach, so I don't think you can choose one. It's simply a question of who you like best".
Eto’o arrived Barcelona in 2004 under Juan Laporta, he played five years and in his last season at Barcelona, he scored a total of 36 goals and gave 6 assists in his last season under Guardiola to win every possible trophy at stake before Pep decides to sign Zlatan Ibrahimovich, he moved to Inter.
Even though he was deploy mostly on the wings by Mourinho for Diego Milito, he still manage to continue his goalscoring exploits for the Nezzurri and completed his second consecutive treble.
Do you agree with Samuel Eto that Jose Mourinho is the better coach between Pep and Jose. Yours comments, likes and share are needed..
