How Arsenal Could Lieneup With Chamberlain and Lang, If Edu Completes The Deals Next Summer

Arsenal have been widely connected with re-signing Liverpool midfielder Oxlade Chamberlain and Club Brugge midfielder Noa Lang next summer in an attempt to bolster their squad. Chamberlain was transferred by Arsenal to Liverpool for £33 million in 2018 after scoring 20 goals in 198 appearances for the club. Chamberlain has been unable to break into Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool starting XI and is therefore desperate to leave the club in order to gain regular playing time. Noa Lang has been a shining light at Club Brugge this season, scoring 17 goals and providing 11 assists, garnering the attention of Mikael Arteta.

If Noa Lang and Oxlade Chamberlain are signed, the Gunners may switch from their current 4-3-3 formation to a 4-2-3-1 tactical lienup. Ramsdale is Arsenal's first choice goalkeeper, ahead of Kieran Tierney, Gabriel, Ben White, and Takehiro Tomiyasu. Thomas Partey, Oxlade Chamberlain, and Noa Lang will form the Gunners' midfield, while Emile Smith Rowe, Nicolas Pepe, and Captain Aubameyang will form the attack.
