Liverpool want to sign Marco Asensio. The 25 year old is unhappy and frustrated at Real Madrid due to lack of game time and is eager to exit the club. Marco Asensio has started in just one of Real Madrid's six Laliga games this season, a match where he scored an hat trick.According to reports, Liverpool could try to sign the Spaniard in January by launching an offer.
Marco Asensio is under contract with Real Madrid until 2023 and the club are willing to listen to reasonable offers for him in the upcoming transfer window.
Liverpool were largely silent in the summer transfer window. They signed only Ibrahima Konate but will look to refresh the squad soon and Marco Asensio is a huge target.
Liverpool will however have to face some stiff competition from other top clubs in securing Asensio's services. Italian side AC Milan and Juventus are reportedly interested in the 25 year old. A move to Liverpool will see Marco Asensio compete for a starting place in attack with the likes of Roberto Firmino,Diogo Jota, Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane.
It remains to be seen if Liverpool will seal a move for Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio soon.
