Cristiano Ronaldo made a goalscoring return to form in Manchester United's Champions League win over Atalanta at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
Manchester United were two goals down at half-time but rallied back in the second half to secure a stunning comeback 3-2 victory.
After goals from Pasalic and Demiral pegged United back in the first half, Rashford, Maguire, and Ronaldo scored three decisive goals to secure the comeback victory at Old Trafford.
Rashford pulled a goal back for United in the 53rd minute, Harry Maguire's composed finish levelled the game before Ronaldo rose to meet Luke Shaw's cross in the 81st minute.
Solskjaer said: "I was pleased with how he led the line. As a centre forward we asked him to run the channels, drop in, press more because we are home, we want to get the crowd behind us.
"He was down inside his six-yard box and blocked towards the end, you see him sprinting, he did everything a centre forward should do, leading the line and defending.
"And the goal is what he does better than most".
These are Solskjaer's praises for Ronaldo.
Arsene Wenger also reserved praises for the Portuguese talisman after his goal capped off an impressive comeback victory.
The legendary Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger said: "Ronaldo is a champion, and we saw that it is never a coincidence that he turned up again with a wonderful header. We forget many times when we speak about him how good he is in the air."
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored six goals already this season (3 in the PL and 3 in the UCL) and two winning goals in the UEFA Champions League.
Manchester United will host Liverpool at the weekend in a mouth-watering Premier League encounter.
