Akwa United on the other hand didn't end the season on a good note as they suffered a disappointing 2-1 loss to Lobi Stars at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Stadium. Chinoso Okonkwo and Austine Ogunye scored for Lobi Stars to give them all three points.
