A fine squared ball from Timo Werner to Hakim Ziyech saw the Chelsea player tap into an empty net to give them the lead in the match.
5. Chelsea had a chance yet again from Ziyech to double their lead in the match, but Ziyech couldn't finish it off
6. That goal from Ziyech saw Chelsea edge Mancity 1-0 and book their spot in the FA Cup final.
Chelsea would now go on to face either one of Southampton or Leicester in the final at Wembley.
