The female #elclasico will feature two Nigerian Footballers now. Asisat Oshoala plays for Barcelona, we now have someone in Real Madrid.
Real Madrid is a very classy team, they are known as the whites, Los Blancos. Everything about them as to do with class, they do everything they have to be known as the best in the world and as you know, they were crowned as the most successful team in the 20th century.
Everything Real Madrid is involved in is always successful, check out their senior football team, the youth team, the basketball team, they are known for success. What Real Madrid didn't have until this new season is a female Real Madrid team.
They bought the space of newly promoted side CD Tacon last season but have now taken over fully. If Real Madrid are going to compete well like their other sporting lines, they will have to buy top players and they have started by buying Chioma.
As usual, we have Nigerians in almost every part of the world and Chioma Ubogagu is a very talented footballer who was born London but moved to USA with her mum after the divorce of her parents.
In USA she was able to become a very good forward, playing for Stanford Cardinal. She went on to play for Arsenal, Houston Dash, Orlando Pride and Brisbane Roar before joining Real Madrid.
She has already scored 5 goals in 18 games for the femenino and we hope to see her do more. She is currently 27 years old.
Facing Oshoala will give us a feeling of having a clasico with Nigerians, something that hasn't happened in the men's team.
