EPL: Teams Who Should Win Their Matches Today.

Chelsea vs Southampton

Chelsea have lost back-to-back games, albeit against Manchester City and Juventus, but the fact that they have only managed one shot on target in both meetings is concerning.

Southampton needed penalties to beat Sheffield United in the League Cup after three straight draws, and then lost 1-0 at home to Wolves last weekend.

Southampton has previously drawn Manchester City and Manchester United this season, so they should not be overlooked.

Chelsea, on the other hand, haven't lost three games in a row since October 2015 and are the clear favorites.

Brighton vs Arsenal

With only a point away to Crystal Palace on Monday, Brighton missed out on a chance to go top of the Premier League. In their first six Premier League games, they have won four of them.

Arsenal has won three games in a row in the Premier League, indicating that they are on the right track. Mikel Arteta now has his first-choice defense to call on, and Arsenal are looking much better.

This game has the potential to be a banana skin for Arsenal, but they are in a far better position than they were a few weeks ago. In four of the last six encounters, both teams have scored.

Burnley vs Norwich

This is a crucial match for the Premier League's lowest team. Norwich are at the bottom of the table with six defeats in a row, while Burnley are also winless with just two points.

Burnley, at the very least, appears to be the more probable of the two to win. Last Saturday, they were within five minutes away from defeating Leicester, but they conceded late and had to settle for a draw.

Norwich, on the other hand, is yet to take the lead in a Premier League match this season. Norwich have lost each of their last six league games at Turf Moor, conceding at least twice in each of them.

Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Newcastle United

Last Saturday, Wolves beat Southampton 1-0 to avenge their defeat to Brentford. Raul Jimenez's goal drought has come to an end.

Newcastle are yet to win in the Premier League this season, and have drawn three of their last four games.

Despite the fact that the last five encounters between the two sides have all ended in a 1-1 draw, Wolves should be confident of picking up three points here.
