What Eden Hazard Could Do To Avoid Injury In The Ongoing Season

Eden Hazard has battled with series of injuries after he moved to Real Madrid, this has affected his performance for the Los Blancos.

The Belgian Star had to be withdrawn from the game between Belgium and France after he felt uncomfortable while playing.

The Real Madrid spent big to sign Hazard from Chelsea, the Belgian international was added to the Los Blancos to help the team win major trophies in club football.

Eden Hazard will need to avoid injury to regain the form that made him one of the best playmakers in the English Premier League.

Many fans may have found it difficult to believe how injury-prone Eden Hazard has become. He played several years in the Premier League where the games are more physical and intense than La Liga. His injury record was not as high as what he has as a Real Madrid Player.

Eden Hazard may have to do the following to stay injury-free in the ongoing season.

1. Hazard is known for his ability to dribble past defenders with ease, he has the pace and creativity to open up the backline of an opposing team. Due to his style of play, he has attracted several hard tackles from opposing defenders who know what he is capable of if allowed to operate freely on the field.

Eden Hazard may need to alter his playing style to help him avoid tough tackles on the field that could get him injured.

2. Eden Hazard may have to pay more attention to his eating habit and fitness level. The Belgian midfielder was out of shape when he returned to Real Madrid's camp in 2019. Eating the right food can help to reduce the risk of injury.

There is a need for Hazard to give more attention to his fitness level as he approaches the twilight of his career. Aging players need to look after their bodies to compete regularly without getting injured.
