Lionel Messi could not hold his anger any longer as he was angry with the performance of his teammates after they disgracefully lost 2-1 at home to Osasuna.
The six time Balon D’or Winner scored a beautiful free kick in Thursday’s match against Osasuna but wasn’t able to give his team all 3 points.
After an embarrassing display against Osasuna at Camp Nou, the Argentine admitted that things have not gone well for the club this season.
While speaking in a post-match interview, the Barcelona legend angrily said, “Roma, Liverpool... the fans are running out of patience because we're not giving them anything,"
"If we want to fight for the Champions League, a lot has to change, like this, we will lose to Napoli.
"I said a while back it would be difficult to win the Champions League; we didn't even have enough to win LaLiga.”
The Argentine was also asked about the Champions, Real Madrid and he had this to say;
"Madrid did their thing.... After the break they haven't lost a match, We lost a lot of points that we shouldn't have given up and we have to be self-critical, starting with the players, but also everyone.
"We are Barcelona and we are obliged to win every match."
Barcelona will be playing their final game of this season’s LaLiga when they travel to Estadio Mendizorroza to face 15th place Alaves.
