NLO23: Supreme Kings FC First Round Review

Nigeria and Umuahia based talent hun, Supreme Kings showed off character in its last game in the current National Nationwide League One as the came from behind to sink stars studded Anambra based outfit A&A to end the first round of the season on a high.

Unarguably team with the most youngsters in the campaign, Supreme Kings, showed strong mentality to bounce back from their ruins to occupy a position on the log.

In its first game of the campaign, the Umuahia based outfit were pecked to a 1-1 draw by way experienced Heartland Feeders side.

Desperate to make up for its lost points on Matchday one, Supreme Kings FC had their woes compounded in its second game as they lost 3-1 to Campos FC.

In its third game of the season, the Anaeto Chukwuma tutored side unleashed mayhem on Safe African Child as they whitewashed the Awka based team 5-1 to record its maximum points of the season.

Coming all out to improve its position on the log, the Supreme Kings team felled to another agonizing defeat in the hands of Enugu based side, Coal City FC on Matchday four.

With a tricky fixture on Matchday (5) the Supreme Kings FC in another attempt engaged in a share of spoil’s following its (1-1) draw with Peace FC.

Up and running, In it’s derby tie with city neighbors, Right2win SC, on Matchday (6) the young talented side were again held to a (1-1) draw.

In a bid to end the season on a high, the Umuahia came out for all points at stake on Matchday (7) when they trade tackles with A&A, a pulsating fixture which ended on a 3-1 score line as the team came from a goal down to complete a dramatic comeback
