Reports according to a German news outlet Kickers, and as quoted by Metro have stated that, 21 years old Chelsea transfer target have chosen to sign for Chelsea, and would be heading to the Stamford Bridge this summer.
The report also added that, Chelsea is the only club willing to pay a massive €100m for the 21 years old Bayern Leverkusen superstar Kai Havertz, in the run for Lampard to bolster his squad ahead of next season.
And the German club have stated that, the 21 years old German international, will only be released once the campaign for this season have finally come to an end, and this would probably be around the ending of August, when the Europa cup final will be played, should they make it up to the final two.
Kai Havertz have been in a very good form for the Bayern Leverkusen this season so far, and have successfully bagged in 18 goals and 8 assists in all competition.
However, Bayern Leverkusen would play their second leg tie against Rangers on the 10th of next month August.
The blues, who are reportedly sitting on the third position on the EPL log, are getting prepared for a derby FA cup semi final match against Manchester United this weekend.
